ये बकरी ईद की कहानी है जिसमे अल्लाह तआला अपने भरोसेमंद पैगम्बर इब्राहिम के अपने प्यारे बेटे की जान की कुर्बान करने के लिए कहते है। और पैगंबर इस्लाम बहुत विश्वास करते है इसलिए वो अपने बेटे की जान कुर्बान करने के लिए तयार हो जाते है
जान कुर्बान करने के लिए उनका गला काटकर कुर्बानी देनी पडती है. इसलिए पैगंबर इब्राहिम अपने बेटे की जान कुर्बान होते हुए नही देख सकते इसलिए वो अपनी आंखें बंद कर लेते है और बेटे की जगह बकरी को रख दिया जाता है. ओर उस बकरे की कुर्बानी हो जाती है.
तबसे अल्लाह ने बताये हुए तरीके से अपने प्यारे चीज की कुर्बानी करने कहते है.
